Contact form

When you fill in the contact form on this website, we process your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your question or booking request.

Your message is sent via the Web3Forms service and then arrives as an email in our inbox at info@landelek.nl. We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records.

Visitor statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our website is used, for example which pages are visited and which country visitors come from. This measurement is entirely cookieless: no IP addresses are stored and visitors are not individually tracked. The data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to you.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not place any tracking or marketing cookies of its own. We do show an embedded Google Maps map on the contact page; once that map loads, Google may place cookies and process data such as your IP address in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

We also offer a link to WhatsApp. If you use it, WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy apply. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the technical data needed to serve the site.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we process about you. You may also object to the processing. To do so, email us at info@landelek.nl and we will respond as soon as possible.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
